Hi Katie, I used to swear up and down that I would stop drinking coffee and it would be the answer to all my problems. When I am home on a day off, I mix a little regular to some teccecino, a herbal coffee and drink. Full strength coffee I limit to two cups per day. Perhaps you should step back from all the things you are doing and think about what you goals are. Live a long vital life past 100? Lose weight? Allow yourself a little vice and let it go slowly otherwise you'll obsess and ruin whatever you are trying to do.
