I have been suffering from stress and anxiety/ Depression for a year and half, anyway things have dramatically improved since i have been doing liver flushing, bowel cleansing and parasite cleansing. Ive got to a stage where now i feel im ready for work. Anyway as part of preparing me to go back to work i have been sent on a course that i would really benefit me in terms of skills. So as you can imagine i was really looking forward to it. However after just half a day, 3.5 hours in the course i feel stressed. I feel too keyed up, and too tired. Now I feel if i contiunue it will bring things back to how they were before. What worries is that im gonna find it hard to work under these conditons. Staring at screen all day really effects me. One other point i might add, is that i haven't wore my glasses, could this be adding to my stress?
Anyway any suggestions and advice would be very appreciated.
