Tomatoes are well-stuffed with glucose and easily becomes moldy, better cut them out.
Starchy carbohydrates like potatoes too are better left out but if you feel like cracking down because of a boring diet try out lentils (permitted), peasoup once a week with fish instead of ham, quinoa with tuna and boiled vegetables or something like that (which in itself doesn't do so much harm on a anti-candida diet).
Once in a while throw in a carrot if your mind gets congested with a lack of variation.
Search through supermarkets, be like a vacuum cleaner on the shelves, it's good to read the labels thoroughly and try out if the bill fits.
The main point is to look at healthy cheating (tuna, starchy vegetables etc.) as therapy and admit it but rightfully so because otherwise when you really cheat on the diet with something like fried bacon or coffee i bet you can't really appreciate the taste when a dark cloud hangs over your head.
