I forgot to say what I am currently doing. Before breakfast and dinner I take a healthy spoonful of VCO, a tablespoon or so of kimchi, a couple of sips of kombucha tea, I eat mostly organic, no fruit, no sugar, although recently I splurged for a few days on rice dream ice cream (no added sugar), little to no wheat/gluten, take 5 pills a day of carlson's cod liver oil, bromelain with every meal, glucosamine and condroitin sulfates by natural factors, and bragg's apple cider vinegar (a teaspoon or so with 8
oz. water with 5 drops of stevia) before breakfast and dinner as well. Thanks, again, for listening, people. I hestitate to throw up all of my problems to people I don't know, but when you are desperate, you don't care very much about that stuff. Any suggestions, modifications? I am on a limited budget, but am willing to try what I need to try to get rid of this stuff.
