Your plan sounds like a very good one. P&B shakes are extremely useful. Bowel cleansing is the single most important thing you can do. These shakes can be constipating, so do not feel you need to take one everyday. Maybe every other day or maybe everyday but a smaller dose. Follow what your body tells you. P&B with liquid caprylic acid added is very effective. Then you can replace liquid caprylic acid with probiotics every other day or whatever works for you.
Enemas are great. Plain warm water flushes out alot. Enemas have also been a huge help to me.
