Hi there, it takes quite an effort to combat back from a too sloppy diet but by eating fresh food the symptoms won't get too severe.
It's hard to say when to introduce yoghurt, fruit and cottage cheese if someone has leaky gut cause the fructose- and lactose-ingesting properties lays at the tip of the villis which are usually damaged by LGS.

But guacamole sauces are low in Sugar (7 gr/avocado) and very delicious, and then sweet peppers, carrots, white rice 1x/week, potatoes 1-2x/week (unpeeled), eggs 4x/week (2 usually) and maybe tahini spread (sesame butter, use with care).

Those nutrients shouldn't aggravate candida too much.
