Hello I'm on day 7 here and have 7 days left. What would happen if after my 14 days of water I ate 1000 cals of all natural unprocessed foods and as well started exercising for an hour 6 days a week of weight training and cardio???
Before the fast my diet was about 2000-2500 cals of processed bad food with very little exercise. Do you think I would gain more then 4 lbs?
