Wow. Quite a testimony - and something I've been waiting for. Thank you. I've been going very slowly w the Lugols. Only once or twice in the Iodine forum did I read an actual account regarding parasites.

I want to reread your post. Might have more questions for you. But off the bat, I'd love to have you tell us whether you believe Iodine is effective, despite the pain in the process - and give some sort of rating to how effective if so.

Do you ingest any Iodine or paint on marks, etc. only?

How much do you use in the bath?
