Ok, so I went to the OB today and we didn't take it out. He wants to wait 3 more months and now I'm on birth control pills to control the bleeding. He said if it doesn't get better by 3 rounds then we'll go ahead and take it out. Fortunately I haven't had all the side effects like everyone else has had ... only some. I really do trust him - he's a great doctor- but I'm still skeptical. He did a pelvic exam and my ovaries and uterus feel fine so that's good, but I have a feeling it's coming out in a few months.

Anyway, I'm glad that all of you who have had it removed feel better. I think I have mood swings regardless of hormones. With a cat, a new puppy, a 3 1/2 year old and a 6 month old I want to pull my hair out most days!
