Re: Iodine

Hi esme, I just started Lugol's yesterday, so paranoid to try, so I put 1 drop in a glass and drank only half. Was later in the day, so I had trouble sleeping.

Today I did 1 drop. After taking the Iodine, I feel a little "buzz" for a short time, then energy for awhile. But no headaches. Tomorrow I will try 2 drops.

I'm looking forward to painting problem areas, but don't know how I'll react. Again I'm a little paranoid. Been way too brainwashed by the mainstream Iodine scare "too much is poison" tactics.

Does the Iodine stain absorb soon if you're deficient, is this how it works?

I might try to gargle too with a little Iodine in water and get it behind my tonsil, so it enters into my eustachian tube just like I have been doing with Listerine to expell worms. I think I'll give that a try.
