I'm so sorry to hear that.
That sounds a lot what i had, i had zits occurring on my back and face, couldn't gain weight, the usual brain fog and so on.
But i need to know two things, is the coating of your tongue white or yellow/green/brownish?
And, if you look closely at the back end of your mouth, is the mucous lining a bit white/grey?
