I have passed about 100 stones in the last five liver cleanses. It's difficult to withstand the cleanse, but in many ways easier, since it's really only for 24 hours. The cleanse tastes nasty, and makes you feel weird, but in the end, you are really cleansing your liver, which is of course the ultimate goal. Remember Carm to look forward, and know that everything you do is for the greater good (for your health) rather than a step backward and forward, etc. Knowing that you are moving forward is the most important thing of cleansing your body; you realize that you, (not some doctor reading out of a book) are responsible for your health. It will, in the long run, be the best gift you can give to yourself.
