Great post Magic Glitter! Tasha - you might want to consider replacing the peanut butter in your smoothie recipe with another nut butter, like an organic raw almond butter, cashew butter, pecan butter, macadamia nut butter, or any other nut butter besides peanut. Also, I don't know if you practice food combining but you might want to look into that. If you are improperly combining your food that could be contributing to some of the problems you mentioned. (For example, eating fats like peanut butter with fruits like banana and orange is a really bad digestive combination, which can lead to indigestion and other problems). Some people believe that the root of a lot of health problems begins from improper food combining/digestive problems. That might be why you haven't been able to gain weight even though you are eating so much fatty food.
