Just took it out myself

Hi again. Just wanted to let you all know that I didn't book in to see a doctor to get my mirena of 2 years removed. I didn't want to be talked out of it again. I just took it out while sitting on the toilet. It was very easy and completely pain free and I have had no cramping or anything, except maybe a bit of shock that I actually did it. All I can say is thank god it's gone. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone. Ladies, listen to your bodies!!! Tweet
