When I first began OPing I got detox headaches for about 3 or 4 days. Quite bad ones too. I did start with VCO oil which is supposed to be quite strong, but it was the only oil I had at the time. I am sure the VCO caused me to detox rather strongly. But once it was over I have never had any problems with VCO or OP again. I love OP and never intend to stop it. A little discomfort in the beginning is well worth the benefits you will experience later on. Just keep it up. Tweet
