I had mine out on Friday and knew I was due to start a period soon. I started on Sunday with a pretty normal period, but by Tuesday was bleeding pretty heavy with quite a few clots. By Thursday night I was done and have had no further bleeding since. The cramps were no worse than they were in the good old days during a normal period.

Sorry, I can't compare it to after child birth - never been there. Tweet
