Re: Neck pain from dieoff?

hopefully it will soon ease off.

A few years ago my GP prescribed IBUGEL for me and I would be rubbing this into my neck and shoulders all the time, it helped a bit.

I also purchased (some years before the IBUGEL) a Medisana - Electro-Acupuncture Device (ACS)- which was quite expensive but it really did help me cope with the pain and discomfort. To view a pic of it I have added the link below....

Some time before I began on the Humaworm a few days ago, my neck/back/head aches seemed to be returning, and my acupressure device completely worn out and no longer working, I went to ebay and purchased a similar device for a fraction of the price.

Its not a cure but it sure helps to ease the discomfort.

OH - I just remembered I also wore a necklace with powerful magnets that sat at the rear of my neck just above my shoulders which went a long way to easing the discomfort also.

I also used painkillers from time to time.

Hang on in there I know its really really uncomfortable and irritating and annoying..... and ....... everything.... but you are well on the way of getting rid of it!
