I really don't think you should be trying to get it out yourself - I know some people on here have done it successfully but I would be worried about infections and tearing or something equally hideous. Just wait and let the doctor do it. The strings might be just cut really short which is why you can't feel it.
I am desperate to get mine out as well though - My boyfriend is furious but the Acne is really getting me down now. Please wait and let the dr do it for you. Tweet
