I don't have Morgellons, but I am amazed at how doctors can have the inhuman gaul to tell patients that it is all in their mind and the Center for Disease Control can get away with ignoring it (cover up?). It has been known to have an origin in insects and nematodes but also has an industrial (nanotechnology) connection (food processing, genetically modified foods, chemtrails from planes, etc.). I don't know what could be effective, there doesn't seem to be a 'standard' infection (different stages). Diatomaceous Earth (has been used as dewormer in humans and animals) seems small enough that it could possibly have an effect on NANO sized particles. Pascalite might be helpful with the skin. Manuka Honey (used in the U.K. against MRSA, there's a forum here for MRSA) could also be helpful with skin problems. The extraction process of chelation might be too drastic and uncomfortable, but people have taken baths with alfalfa and it seems to draw something out of the sores.
