i took the CH for a short time, and then discontinued. didn't agree with my system, not really sure why.
i get my calcium from fresh greens, pasture fed beef, and homemade bone broths.
if you take the CH you can convert it to calcium citrate by being sure to mix it with plenty of lemon juice or by pre-mixing the lime water mix with some citric acid . citric acid is very very inexpensive. minerals are best absorbed when they are bound to an acid in my opinion. citric acid is an essential aspect of the krebs cycle which is the body's energy generator.
i ultimately decided i didn't like the coral calcium because its so resistant to dissolving in water, and if it doesn't dissolve in water, how will it get incorporated into my body which is mostly water?
