I, too, love bone broths -- just made a beef broth from local shank/short ribs. Nice and gelatinous. (I have Sally Fallon's book.)
Hard to get a good chicken broth, have heard it's they way they kill them. Stunning?
I do believe that the chemical reaction of the CH with the other ingredients probably releases energy, so we may benefit from that as well as the food calcium.
After all, the Hunza water was not in food form.
I will probably alternate the Coral Calcium/CH.
