I am starting out with a juice fast and hopefully moving to a Water Fast a few days into it. This is assuming that I can acutally last for a while ;) Truth is, I started a Water Fast about a year ago and only made it 3 days. However, I think I'm far more mentally prepared now.
So, over the past two days I've only eaten fruits and veggies (some cooked) and today I plan on sticking to raw fruits and veggies, then tomorrow, moving to just juice & water (and herbal tea, that's allowed right? I'm addicted to decaf green tea).
Anyone else starting a fast on June first? Wanna keep in touch?
