This is how my condition began 5 years ago.

I am using iodine, and have been purging heaps of fibres, and little stiff white sticks through my skin, and from my bowels.
I bathe in eucalyptus oil baths, that helps clear htem out a lot. What seems to happen is that my body becomes unfriendly to the critters from using iodine, so they are glad to escape into the eucalyptus. Vicks vaporub helps the itching, when I'm at work.
MSM along with the Iodine protocol (selenium, vit C (I take 1000, but i think you're supposed to take 3000) and niacin) all help.
I've been purging for 2 months.
Standard parasite protocols like Humaworm helped, but not as quickly as the iodine.
It's an itchy tiem for me, though. I've got big dark marks under the skin where I think I've had nests.
Lugol painting has not been good for me. Painting on a nest area burns the skin. I think the Lugols reacts with the parasites, and they produce ammonia which produces the burns. It became too painful, and all the Epsom Salt baths inthe world didn't help.
I've had parasites in my thyroid, and thought I became hypothyroid for a bit, but the vitamin supplementation fixed that.
Taking the Lugols with ACV helps the ammonia problem as well.
I think I have parasites in the tissues of my abdomen, as I'm getting random spots all over my torso -front and back. So I basically itch allover.
