I hope you are feeling better this week, are you over the tooth extraction? I feel for you there. I have all kind of strange things that go on with my skin. I used to have the spider vein things going on my face then it turned jaudice yellow. At one point I swear I looked like the Hulks older sister. There is like no end to the wierdness. The lemon and water did alot of good, I no longer have back pain. Something I have suffered since the first cyst was removed from my foot, that was like eight years ago. I was suposed to have had a buldged disk, anyway not having that constant pain is nice. I still have dark circles around my eyes, though they are not as dark as they used to be. They were not swollen this morning however I had like loose skin instead. Made a face mask out of ground flax seed and water and that seemed to helped that. I have been soaking my head in ozonated water and that helps also soak it in coconut oil or olive oil a time or two a week. Are you taking the mollasses? Seen alot of hair improvement since adding that also helps with the energy.

The watermellon turned out to be canolopes, it's all good. You got to learn as you go next time I will mark plants. But I may have some water mellon they just aren't that big yet. The tomatos are ripe again and I still have snow peas. All the animals are doing well, the hens are laying tasty eggs with bright orange yolks. The ocean has finally calmed down got in two days of swimming I think I had a worm come out of a boil that was on my ankle. The fun never ends. Had good results doing a niacin flush. I read where liverspot were from a lack of B-2, so I'm taking that as well. One more thing on the brown spots I have gotten rid of some by putting Lugols on them for a few days. I had a really bad one on my face so I preformed redneck surgery on it. That was where the blood clot things came out of. I do think this eats our vitimins and that is why we need so many to fight it. I think it also affects alot of organs. Have you had your Sugar checked? I spray the air with alcohol with some lavender oil in it. I don't think windex is to good of a choice. I started doing a nettie pot thing with my nose, but you can't find a nettie pot since they were mentioned on Oprah so I am useing one of those sport water bottle. It is working great. My sinus are better after the gentian violet, but not cured. Just like the rest of me. All in all I look and feel better, I am just not completely well. I will get there yet.

Leaving for North Carolina in a few days for two weeks. I love the mountains, the cold air should kill some more of this junk. Will be gone for two weeks so you won't be hearing from me for awhile. You are in my prayers and thoughts every day.
