My backaches and Acne started clearing up almost immediately. Also, my moods seemed to improve within the first week. I am still struggling with trying to lose the weight I gained with the Mirena. My bloatedness and and really tender breasts went away right away too. I wish you the best and am sure you will start to notice improvement soon after the IUD is removed. Good luck. Tweet
