My friend is having a lot of problems with her back. She must sit down a lot, because the cushions (cartilage?) in her back have degenerated and cannot take much pressure.
She eats lots of quality fruits and veggies and other vegetarian foods. But, she's a strict vegetarian -- not even dairy, fish, eggs.
Is it possible for her to heal on this diet? She has just started the Moreless Drink, twice per day. I told her it's too bad she doesn't take gelatin for the cartilage, but she thinks the Kelp should work in a similar way.
