Re: How much iodine is everyone storing up on for the new regulations?

Do you use it full strength or do you blend it with something else, some kind of oil or whatever? Do it burn your skin at all? I have been painting with the drugstore Iodine with no problems and got brave last night and mixed some Lugols with some essential oil and tried it and it burned my face! I thought it would pass, but after two hours I had to get out of bed and wash it off.

I'm wondering if it was the oil or the Lugols that made my face burn. I only used two drops too! Tweet
