Re: How much iodine is everyone storing up on for the new regulations?

I usually put it on straight before bed, but sometimes I mix it with VCO. I do find that it burns if I put it on and then apply VCO on top, but not bad and just for a minute or so. I use it on my face and it has sent my Acne AND scars down the toilet. Tweet
