Re: cooked pineapple sold as fresh? WEIRD

Hey, pineapples I've been buying lately have been exactly like you mention, especially the pineapples that have been on sale. They're very sweet, a little watery, and don't leave that acidic burning sensation in my mouth either. They seem like they might have been frozen. Does anyone know if they ever freeze them prior to arriving at the grocery store? Or this is just because they are very ripe? Tweet
