I have a small bottle of VCO with Lugols added to it that I keep in the bathroom and use twice daily on my face and it doubles as my deodorant. If I face paint, I put a small amount of that mix on my face first, and then add some more straight Lugols over the top of that. But only a couple of drops.

To be honest, I have stopped face painting for a while cause I found that my skin has been drying out. I have started using OO (Olive-Oil) as a night cream. Tweet
