Thanks! Yes, I too ate some ricotta, but I think the most "dangerous" types of cheese are those higly processed, like slices, or parmesan (God, I love it!..:(((
I'll try some goat cheese, we'll see...But it's SO hard to tell which food is causing you problems, it's not like you eat a slice of cheese and the yeast hits you right away, that moment...So..I really don't know how to figure it out, it takes a lifetime..
