It's easy. Eat only one kind of those foods at a time and watch your body.
check if any of your symptomes flares up. If they do,it means that that food is not for you.
Like, when I had something bad i shouldnt have eaten, i often got my zits back on my check or on my back. Or I got bloated or I could feel that the itching in my vagina came back. etc.
I dont know your symptomes, you know them so just watch your body and listen to it.
