DAY 8 - lost 12 lbs
Slept and lazed around yesterday, never even got out of my nightie I felt so tired and weak. Got up this morning and felt great so went out for a lovely long walk with my water bottles and avoided all food shops just in case. I don't feel tempted but don't want to risk it. I feel much lighter than the amount of weight lost and it is having a really beneficial affect on me.
