Re: 1pm the day after flushing...

Well, i didn't notice anything resembling sand, although i will check next time. I must have gotten something out, as my right shoulder pain has abated, but left neck pain is still as bad as its been the last year and a half. Although read recently that's to do with bowels, so best sort that out aswell.

Apart from the one tan stone that came out, there was some stuff which looked like grapefruit pieces, but may have been chaff, it was almost see through though, so didn't think it was anything from the liver.

Creaking wood sounds from under your ribcage!! That would have been a very strange sound to hear, wow!
