It is a bright sunny day here, already getting hot, hot, hot,. Went to the beach yesterday, the water was nice and blue. On the down side it had alot of seaweed with some nasty junk floating along with it. I had to swim out a ways to avoid it. Then I start to look out for fish. While I was away a bunch of dead seagulls washed up on the beach the gov said they died of starvation. Due to a storm that was out in ocean. I'ved lived here all my life that is the first time I ever heard of birds starving because of a storm.

Found out something interesting when I googled chem trails and pseudomonas, the Cuban doctors are treating chemtrail illness with CS and Ozone. I know those two things have gotten me closer to a complete healing. Right now I have a mixture of products on my face and as soon as they dry I'm going to soak my face in a bowl of ozonated water. Even though my face looks better than it has in a long time, when I do this I find all kind of strange things in the water.

I have been reading ANATOMY OF THE SPIRIT The seven stages of power and healing by Caroline MYSS, PH.D. One of the things she pointed out is that every experience you have becomes a part of your biology, negative, and positive. Bad experience you don't deal with effect your health. On that note, I'm going to the beach with a girl I used to work with, the same beach we have gone to for two summers. Not to far before is a house, which I have seen several times on the way to this beach. When we went past it I remembered that I had almost been raped in that house, when I was 15. I told my friend. After dropping her off at her apartment, I reflected on all this. I felt like it was my fault that had happened, at the time, told no one and even felt like I let the guy down. All this time I've been driving by this house looking at and never remembering what happened to me there. Yesterday, I was able to feel the outrage for what happened to that poor child that day and to recognize the guy for what he was a pervert. I shall keep reading this book.
