Your post and question: The muscle cramps are ocurring mostly in my calves and take place late in the night while sleeping and just upon awakening. Also,recently I started getting pain [ but not a cramp ] on the inside of my left thigh, that I feel is related to the twitching and cramps...
Feet sweating a little more, but the rest of my body seems the same.
First thing in the a.m. saliva 7.0, then thru-out the day it is usually 7.0-7.4
first thing in the morning urine 6.4, then thru-out the day it is usually 6.4-7.2 with an occasional reading of 6.2 or lower
I've been taking the drink for about 9-10 months, 3x a day with the following ratios 8 oz.h2o--1Tb bsm--1TB acv--1to3TB c.h and a pinch of e.s also take around 1to3 Tb of kelp a day.
Urine very rarely bubbles, maybe 5% of the time.Urine is dark once in a while, maybe 15% of the time.

Answer: Cramps are just that area of the body not getting enough Electro-magnetic Energy Released from Calcium and Magnesium mainly to enable the muscles to be able to relax !
Now the question is "WHY" ?
What is Causing this to take place ?
Is it a Lack of Basic Alkaline Minerals or is it a Lack of Digestive Acids to be able to Cause the needed Release of Electro-magnetic Energy to be Released from these Alkaline Minerals ?
Or is there some other reason ?
The timing of the Greatest problem of the cramps occuring in the early morn indicates that this area of your body is becomming too Acidic for some Reason !
And since it is occuring during the later hours of sleeping, this may indicate that your Lungs are not taking in enough Oxygen to help Neutralize the Acids built up at nite, when the Breathing slows down, which may have something to do with your earlier smoking !
So, there may be several areas to consider ?
You may try adjusting the amount of ACV or Lemon Juice in the drink to a Higher amount and play with the amount of BSM also, to see if you may Improve your Digestion , for these may need to be up in order to Better utilize more Lime water?
You mentioned that you had played around with the amounts of ES and CH(Lime water) without progress, but you need to understand that unless you have enough weak Acids in the Digestive system to React against this increase of CH, that you may actually reduce the Release of needed Electro-magnetic Energy !
And that the BSM is needed to Buffer this Release to Stablize the Electro-magnetic Energy over a longer time period, which at nite while one is sleeping the body may run Low of needed Oxygen, because the Lungs may not be supplying enough needed Oxygen ?
Next you need to pay close attention to what you eat at nite before bedtime, so as to avoid eating anything which may Cause your Lymphatic Fluids to become more Acidic during the nite !
Another thing which may Greatly help would be the Full Bath Soaks using more Peroxide in them before going to bed !
