I am pretty sure the cotton ball/fuzzy things are candida. I know it is normal to have some of this yeast in a healthy intestines because they are like garbage men eating up any waste that is not good for us, but it can grow out of control very easily and can be hard to put back in balance.
Sounds like you are on the right track as far as diet...I know candida thrives off sugar. I've heard oil of oregano is the strongest anti-fungal. I would amp up your use of this. Raw garlic is supposed to be super strong too, so deinitely keep up with that.
I think the loose bowel movements mean you are cleansing. I think you are on the right track!
I have similar issues and have had some success with apple cider vinegar diluted in water. Two tablespoons in a cup of water three times a day was super cleansing for me. It was actually a bit too much I think. If you do this I recommend starting slow, don't go for that much right away. There are also some crazy stories on curezone of people using ACV enemas and getting mass amounts of candida out.
Best luck:)
