The tried & true way to get the most out is to open the bile ducts with epson salts ..

I have done 14 flushes & of the 2 I had skipped some of the "Directions" were the most "Non Stone" producing fushes

Why go thru part of it (drinking OO/Gj & not get the best results... & have to do another flush to make up for it?
