I agree with the above.
If toxins are getting stirred up, they're not getting eliminated properly.
The only thing that would be digging them up is the cayenne, because your body definitely isn't going into any kind of cleansing mode due to eating food.
My other thought is the volume of sugars your adding to your diet through the maple syrup.
The sugars work fine when you do the cleanse properly. In fact its a necessary part. But to add it to a regular diet could be messing with your body's ability to handle it.
Sometimes by experiment we get to learn what works, by what doesn't.
