Es, acv, bsm, lemon juice, stevia and water are something that I use with every meal to aid digestion. Use abt 1/2 pt before and same amt after each meal. Also eat natural unsweetened goat yougurt or weel aged hard cheese every day. After long history of poor digestion am doing well. Occasionally, if thing slow down too much, I increase the ES.
Something else that has helped things "move along" are the squat exercises on the askmoreless website. U cld give that a try!!!
