thank you for your much appreciated input! When you wrote 1/2 pt, is that a 1/2 pint?

I just took 3/4 tspn of ES in 4 oz of water (less than adult dose of 1 tsp since unfortunately I am too thin) and h,,oping things move on their own for the 1st time in 6 years! Will repeat in 4 hours, as ES directions say, if nothing happens.
