I love the taste of garlic, but whenever I eat it I feel sick to my stomach and even develop little hiccup burps. What's up with this?! Other people seem to be able to consume lots of garlic, but even a little makes me ill.
Also, what's your opinion on a 100% raw food diet? I tried it, but I find eating lots of raw veggies makes me very bloated. A small/medium sized salad once a day is okay, but any more than that I get too bloated. I know you recommend 6 cups of veggies a day, but how can this be factored in so I don't swell up? Fruit I don't have a problem with.
And lastly, what's your opinion on grains? Should they be eaten? Should they be raw or cooked? In what quantity?
