Some of us feel a bit wiped for a few days after flushing. I find that the more I expell at a time, the more I feel exhausted for a few days after flushing. I have spent a day or two in bed with it.

I have flushed many times and the fatigue stopped after a few flushes. I am still not finished. Give yourself enough rest to move on to the next flush, 2 or 3 weeks, you'll be o.k. Good luck, Giz.
