thank you. i am definitely going to cut out sugar, dairy, and wheat from my diet since these hinder abosorption and produce a lot of mucus in me. im going to keep eating fruit since i feel fine when i eat it. i know i just have an absorption problem from stuffing myself with junk my whole life. its annoying that i only did it to make my self gain weight but it ended up doing the opposite. i dont want to be "big", i just dont want my ribs to show and for people to think i am anorexic. mostly, i just want to be as healthy as possible. thanks for the help everyone.
