One of the mycoplasma co-infection will lower your blood oxygen level, another one will remove a vital part from your red blood cells and you first get low blood pressure/volume then as the arteries are robbed of their lubrication you get high blood pressure

Intestinal issues are common, either due to parasitic co-infections or because of the lack of oxygen. The bowels are last on the priority list
