Greetings Bunty,

The weather is extremely hot, heat index is in the low hundreds almost every day. It hasn't rain lately, but there has been plenty of rain, the drought is over yeah. At least for now, it has been two years, I think all that dust blowing around, didn't help me at all. This has been a pretty stressful week I am having dental issues and most likely need to have two teeth pulled. No more rootcanals for me. My face is better this week, but still it is like it fighting to survive there. I have these dark places on my face that are like colonies of this stuff. I got rid of a lot of them in that die off, but they are trying to grow back. They are back in my sinus as well. It is all just getting so old, I hate it. On top of it all my relationship with my husband has got to be at it's all time worst. End of my rant, enough of being a bummer.

The beach is the only respite from this heat and it has been lovely. Pretty flat this year so far and a little cooler than normal. I have been getting alot of hydro therapy, earthlink has some good stuff about cold shower therapy. My joints are much better, no knee pain and my lower back pain is gone. Hope to ride the horses this week.
