I totally know what you mean, I thought the same things. If I coat the lining of the gut how can the Candida be killed? Maybe if we can get the lining to heal then then that would help to take care of the Candida?

If the gut is inflammed and not healed we are going to cont to have problems.

Like you, I wonder if it is parasites or mycoplasmas or bacteria that continues to cause the problems, along w/ the candida that keeps coming back because we have one of the above??

I have not done a parasite cleanse yet, was thinking about it but sooo many things aggravate my gut I am a little afraid too.
