Re: Adjustment on liver flush?

I did my 4th flush last night and I am still surprised at the number of stones that are being pushed out, over 500 hundred so far, some white, some brown and most bright green(many of a peanut size).
For your information I took just one tablespoon of Epsom Salt 2 hours before I take the OO+GP mixture(I took it at 1am). Then the next morning I have Seasalt (two teaspooons in 1000 ml of water(l liter).
Epsom Salt is very heavy on my kidneys and I noticed I can have a good flush with one dose of it only.
Also too much Epsom Salt makes run to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I guess I found the right dosage for my body.
