Re: questions
That is a lot of good questions.
Sometimes the results are not that dramatic for some. If you were to change your oil, you might see more results, but maybe not. It's great if you get the teeth whitening, but it's what you don't often "see" that's the gift of OP.
I would suggest you rinse with warm salt water. It cuts the oiliness and it's very good for the health of your mouth. Please use
Sea Salt for this.
You can use refined or unrefined. You can tell because unrefined oils almost always say cold or expeller pressed on the bottle. I suppose there might be some that don't, but it's usually a marketing tool to add that verbage. There is no need to fret about the oil you use, but if you want the best benefits, try to find unrefined and organic.
My strong suggestion? Unrefined Sesame Oil is very good. I personally think it adds more dramatic visual effects than Sunflower. After all the oils I've used, I now think that Sunflower is a bit wimpy. It's a great starter oil because it's so light and tasteless, but after you try a thicker oil, you will most likely never go back to Sunflower unless that's all you have around.
As far as comparing your spittle to your Mom's...everyone has different spew. The same person could have different spittle within two days, or within two seperate pulls.
There is not too much skill involved, so I'm sure you are doing this just fine! Oil goes in, swishes around, oil spit out.....that's about it. Easy.
The one message I try to relay as much as possible...relax, this is about as easy a therapy as you can get. You can't make a mistake, nor can you do yourself any great harm. It's just food. But boy, this simple little technique can deliver big results.
Good Luck and feel free to ask more questions if you need to.
