I have not posted or read over this forum, so I apologize if what I'm asking has an obvious answer! lol
I have a lot of health problems, including diabetes and fibromylgia. We have some PH strips at work, and I've been testing my levels lately, and mine seem to stay around a PH of 6, which is of course way too acidic.
I drink some artisian water, or eat some watermelon, and it balances back up to 7 in a few minutes! Paper is nice and blue!
Problem is, that after awhile, it goes back down to acidic too quickly.
I eat as many alkaline foods as possible, such as lots of organic garlic, watermelon, lemon juice, celery sticks, etc. This greatly helps for a few minutes, but then back to acidic again!
I only drink water. I very seldom eat meat. I don't drink colas or tea at all, other than an occasional green tea. I don't smoke. I try to eat as healthily as possible.
What can I do to KEEP my levels more alkaline? Is there a cheap solution? lol
